How to use
Step1
Get bonuses
Bonuses can be earned for company anniversaries, successful releases, project achievements, participation in internal events or initiatives, activity in corporate clubs, and for showing initiative or receiving colleague appreciation.
Step2
Choose a gift
When you have accumulated enough points (you can check your bonuses in the airtable table), you can exchange them for a gift. To do this, go to the corresponding page, select a gift from the catalog, and fill out the order form.
Step3
Fill out the form
Choose a gift from the catalog and submit the order form. Once HR confirms it, all you have to do is wait for your surprise!
All bonus actions are managed via your internal website, integrated with Nowshin and Airtable (gift request forms are linked there).
